Instructions for Authors

Information for Oral Presentation

The duration of the presentations will be defined once the programme will be finalized, it will be communicated beginning of May.

Presentation format
Acceptable digital format for presentation - 16x9 ppt. or pptx. and .pdf file.
Presentation laptops will be provided in the session halls. Please note, a presentation with your own laptop is not possible.
All presentation shall be provided to Slide Center at least one hours before the presentation time or day before in case of morning session.

Language
The official language is English. No translation will be provided during sessions.

Information for Poster Presentation

Poster format
All posters must be prepared in English.
Please bring your poster in portrait style (format A0, portrait format, H 1189 x W 841mm).
No other formats are allowed! Posters that exceed the above dimensions will not be displayed on site.

Poster boards will be numbered according to the program which will be available later on.

Mounting material will be provided on site.
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO PRINT THE POSTERS ONSITE.
